Indicateply is a platform for marketing word to mouth. The goals of the business are to reduce the cost of lead generation and increase exhibition and engagement of clients with brands.

18digital was in charge of building an agile, robust and easy to use system for final user. The original idea that was pursued involved a control panel for the client, different levels of users (managers, consultants, vendors), goal calculator for the store together with a follow up metric system for these goals, sharing engine for dissemination on scale, gamification aiming big engagement for clients, embassadors, prospects and lastly, a website for advertising the product.

Indicateply allows the client the possibility to be used as like a CRM, with the following features:
